Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care services will cost.
If you do not have insurance or choose not to use insurance, you may request a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for psychotherapy services.
A Good Faith Estimate will be provided in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service. The estimate will include the expected cost of services and any additional anticipated charges.
You have the right to dispute a bill if you are charged substantially more than the Good Faith Estimate.
